Happy “Ice Cream Sunday” friends! To say that I am obsessed with rolled ice cream would be an understatement. While not all the awesome trends of NYC and LA have made it to Utah, D Bar Ice Cream has and it’s rolled ice cream is delicious.

The Blush Berry was especially good because they chop up the berries before mixing them in with the base. This gives the ice cream a delectable berry taste with every bite. They also top it with gummy bears, which is one of my favorite toppings. I love the way they get hard with the ice cream. Most people think it’s weird, but I enjoy it.
